How do I cancel my order?Updated a month ago

You will have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Each order is given a 1 day buffer time just in case any changes or refunds would like to be made.

If you decide you'd like to cancel your order, kindly email us at [email protected]. As long as we both can see the time you ordered and the time you emailed us is still under the 24 hour time limit, you can receive a refund + cancellation.  Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
