How do I process a return & refund for my item?Updated a month ago

We want to make shopping from home safe & fun. No customer should worry about receiving a product and not getting their moneys worth. If an item you've ordered for us does not satisfy your requirements based on valid reasoning - you'll be able to return the item for a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

You will be subject to paying the shipping cost associated with returning the item if it is not defective. All defective items will be free of charge. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the refund which will take 2-3 business days.
